The spacious and bright cab of our driving equipment provides a wide view and comfortable experience. With dual-side operation, drivers can easily avoid rolling over curbs and navigating compact blind corners.
The operation is simple and user-friendly. The equipment is equipped with two steering wheels, two seats, and two independent control systems. The speed change is controlled by an electric control handle and a two-speed gear shift design, which allows for different speed requirements for compaction and site transfer. The flexible electronic control operation and comfortable handfeel greatly reduce driver fatigue.
Our driving equipment offers excellent performance. By using pneumatic tires for compaction, we ensure that the compacted materials are not damaged. The compacting performance can be adjusted by adding or reducing counterweight and changing tire inflation pressure. The elasticity of the tires produces a kneading effect, causing material displacement in all directions, resulting in a dense and crack-free surface that prolongs the lifespan of the road.
The front wheels swing mechanism ensures even ground pressure when working on rough roads, enabling even compaction of materials. Additionally, our optional infrared tire heating system eliminates the need for water sprinkling during compaction, improving road density and durability.
Our driving equipment has a unique structure. The transmission system utilizes hydraulic transmission with infinitely variable speeds, ensuring stable and impact-free starts and speed changes. This reduces shear stress on the road and improves compaction quality. The torque converter employs hydrodynamic drive, enabling adaptability and ensuring the diesel engine and transmission system work under optimal conditions, resulting in a longer service life.
Safety and reliability are paramount. The brake system includes an emergency brake and hand brake. The emergency brake adopts an air-over-oil shoe brake system, guaranteeing safety, durability, and reliability. The hand brake features a diaphragm spring brake, serving as a supplement to the foot brake and providing additional safety and reliability.
Our driving equipment offers leading functions. The water sprinkling system incorporates electric water spraying, power water sprinkling, external pumping, and internal water supplementation. In the absence of an external water source, the automatic water supplement function can supply counterweight water to the water tank, preventing backwater corrosion and meeting various job requirements. The adjustable intermittent water sprinkling system caters to different working conditions, prolongs the water pump's lifespan, and avoids work interruptions due to water circuit failures.
We prioritize energy conservation and environmental protection. Our equipment features a low-noise supercharged diesel engine that offers high performance, reliable quality, and good fuel economy.
Maintenance is made convenient. The engine cover can be easily opened, and the lift-up cover plate structure facilitates inspection, adjustment, and maintenance of the battery, water pump system, and chains.
